When I started fishing two years ago I asked my friend who he recommended seeing about outfitting.  Without hesitation he recommended reelflyrod.com.  I was surprised, because he had some very nice equipment.  But I visited the site, and I was hooked. I first ordered a starter outfit, I needed everything and wasn't that knowledgeable.  So I called and talked to Kyle.  He explained each level, what to expect and how to order.  Done deal.  Got it all and it was as advertised, in great condition and on time.  I had ordered the wrong retrieve on the reel, but one call and was offered the alternative to return it to have it re-done, or got complete detail on how to fix it myself.Since that first call, I've outfitted my son and my wife.  Bought lots of this and that, and am currently waiting on a shipment of new waders. "I recently purchased a Redington Crosswater 890-2 fly outfit from your online shop. Shortly after I received an email from Parker stating that the Crosswater I chose was on back ordered and he wanted to upgrade me to the much better Redington Path for a little more money. You went out of your way to set up the reel for a left hander, including respooling the backing and line. A year ago, I ordered the same reel from Cabelas and had to set it up for a left hander at home. This involved changing the retrieve handle and respooling, not an easy task as my wife held onto one end while I walked across the yard and unwound, then rewound all that line and backing! I live in Wyoming and there are no windless days, and I'm sure we looked like a Laurel and Hardy skit to the neighbors! I also recently purchased a Redington 7-foot rod from you, and your prices are competitive with Cabelas but with better and more prompt service and attention to the individual customer's needs. Cabelas did not carry the 7-foot Redington rod and also did not carry a prespooled Ross reel in 3 wt line. And that is how I discovered your business in the first place (via the internet).
