CRICKET HOPPER
Any terrestrial can be good at the right time, in the right conditions. In summer near streams with overhanging trees or grassy banks on days when the wind is blowing, drift deer hair terrestrial flies near cut banks and around the point of sweepers. Dave's cricket is a monster deer hair fly for bluegills and bass just off the bank or under overhanging foliage.

It floats with some gink, great for droppers. Get different colors.
