ELK HAIR CADDIS
The Elk Caddis imitates a natural caddis found all across America. This fly can be used as an emerger or dry fly. You can also skate these flies across the film of the water to imitate a female caddis dropping eggs on the surface. Great fly to put in your fly box to drive the trout crazy.

Works for just about any recklessly hungry trout. Get in different colors and sizes, tie a dropper off the bottom. Make sure to pick up something to keep it dry and floating too.
