Q. How do I redeem *ReelCash* Reward points?

Q. Can my order be customized to my specifications?

A. Yes, absolutely! We can make any requested changes to your order including specific fly line, rigging, swapping out reels, etc. We will happily do whatever you ask, and make a pricing adjustment, either up or down, based on your request.


Q. What payment types do you accept?

A. For your convenience, we accept every possible payment method including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Electronic Bank Transfers, and personal/business checks. If you would like to pay by check, please mail to us, with all product information that you would like in your order. We will ship your order as soon as the check clears. Our mailing address is: ReelFlyRod, 1908 N Lakeman Bellbrook, Ohio 45305 USA.


Q. When will my order ship?

A. Orders placed before 2:00PM Eastern Time typically ship the same day or the next business day. If there will be any delay with shipping your order, we will contact you right away. Our shipping department ships orders Monday - Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


Q. Will I be charged sales tax?

A. No, you will not pay any sales tax, unless you are shipping to an Ohio address or shopping in person at our Dayton, Ohio Fly Shop. Only Ohio orders are subject to sales tax.


Q. Where do you ship from?

A. Most orders ship quickly from our centrally located Dayton, Ohio store. Occasionally, we will ship an order directly from the manufacturer, if it will reach you faster.


Q. How much will my shipping cost be?

A. We offer Free Ground Shipping in the United States on Orders $75.00 or more. Two-Day Express ($39.95) and Overnight Delivery ($69.95) is also available U.S. orders. We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders of $1000 or more. For International orders less than $1000, shipping is $95. Orders will be shipped by UPS due to complications with USPS International Shipping.


Q. I live in the lower 48 United States, when will my order arrive?

A. Standard Free Shipping will deliver within 2-6 business days from the time we ship your order. This does not includes weekends or holidays.


Q. I need my order by a specific date. If I choose free shipping, will it be delivered in time?

A. Please communicate your required date to the ReelFlyRod Pro Staff. We will make sure your order arrives in time. Typically our standard free shipping will arrive between 2-6 business days. This is a general guideline and if you think there is any chance it won’t in time for your important trip, please choose one of our guaranteed express shipping options.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes! We ship orders to over 250 countries and can ship your order anywhere in the world. We even offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $1000 USD! Most orders will ship by UPS International, unless you have selected a specific carrier such as Fed Ex or USPS.


Q. Will I have to pay VAT or Custom Duties on my international order?

A. Orders may be subject to additional customs, import duties and taxes, which are beyond our control, vary by country, and are not included in the shipping price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


Q. Can I return an item for any reason?

A. Yes, we have a very friendly return policy. You may return any item for any reason for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns after 30 days will be accepted as an exchange or in-store credit for the full amount of the purchase. We'll always pay for return shipping for 'Fly Before You Buy' customers, exchanges, or if there's ever an issue with your order. All other return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Items that are returned damaged or used may incur a restocking or repair fee.


Q. Are there any restocking or cancellation fees for returning an item?

A. As long as the item is returned new and unused (with tags/original boxes), we do not charge you any fees for a return. 'Fly Before You Buy' customers, those wishing to make an exchange, or if there's ever an issue with your order will be provided a pre-paid return shipping label. All other returns are the customer's responsibility. Once a return item is received, you will be fully refunded within 2-3 business days back to your original payment method. If we receive an item that is used or not in new, re-sellable condition, you can choose to keep the item, or we will need to charge a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are excluded from this return policy. ReelFlyRod reserves the right to modify these policies in a customer's favor to maintain an exceptional shopping experience.
