NEW! ORVIS PRO MEN'S WADER
New for the 2020 season, the Orvis Pro Waders are the peak of durable waders available on the market.
The Orvis Pro Wader is built for the professional angler whether by trade or simply by passion. These waders are built to take you to whatever extreme necessary to find fish. Built with an athletic fit, the Pro Wader uses an extremely durable proprietary 4-layer Cordura fabric shell in the upper half and 5-layer Cordura fabric shell in the lower legs for the best-in-class abrasion and puncture resistance. Low profile seam construction and a gusseted crotch enhance movement and seam strength.
Modern anatomically correct neoprene booties have less bulk and bring a true “sock” feel which are more comfortable inside wading boots, while the streamlined PU reinforced mesh gravel guard covers the boot tightly and completely eliminates drag and water collection. Convenience features include an external storage pocket with YKK AquaGuard water-resistant zipper to keep essentials dry and prevents loss. Rubberized tabs on suspenders and front pocket daisy chain for tool docking, offer multiple locations for essentials and eliminate chance of puncturing waders or losing tools.
Fly patch on front pocket for quick changes and drying. Large four-way stretch power mesh interior pocket expands to fit larger items yet stays out of the way when empty. Kangaroo-style fleece-lined handwarmer pockets with YKK AquaGuard water-resistant zippers. Removable OrthoLite knee pads use the same technology found in our Pro Boot insole for optimal comfort and rebound. Removable accessory pocket allows for quick access to gear and offers the features of a small pack. This accessory pocket tucks behind the front bib so you will not loose any of your valuable wading gear and personal possessions. Adjustable elastic suspenders with opposing buckles for waist-high conversion. Interior hook-and-loop patch accommodates our Orvis waterproof pocket (8G3H sold separately). Wader weighs approximately 48 oz. in (medium regular). 100% nylon shell with polyurethane membrane. 100% nylon tricot liner.

Love these waders. I'm 6'5", 210lbs, and size 15 shoe. Size Large X-Long was perfect. I tried a number of different waders; these were the only ones that fit. The knee pads are a great little addition. My only, minor, complaint is that the booties are a little sloppy fitting. They could be tailored more or adjusted to be anatomical like other companies make them, but like I said that is a minor issue.

Upgraded to these waiters from the slim. Absolutely love them. I have used them five times so far and have no complaints. Extremely comfortable, durable, warm, and not too hot. I love the kneepads.

These are the best wader I have ever had. The Orvis sizing chart is right on, I am very hard to fit and this pair of waders came and fit like they were custom made for me. The quality you can just see and feel, more when I've used them more, but seem to be well worth the money.

*Note: My review is based off the Women's Pro Wader as I just got a pair for my wife.
My wife just received a pair of the Women's Pro Waders (her first pair!). And while she hasn't put them through there paces yet, I wanted to post a review to comment on the quality.
Put simply, these things are heavy duty. They just feel rugged/sturdy, yet they aren't significantly heavier than significantly less durable brands I've owned over the years. Beyond this, storage is also quite ample compared to the old Patagonia packable pair I currently use. Plenty of room for fly boxes, cell phones, and anything else you might need to stash while on the water.
While I should likely be able to survive another season with my current waders, I'll be strongly considering a pair of these for myself when the time comes. A+ materials and design. Well worth the price.

I have had these for a few years now and fish them in some pretty bad conditions, mostly in the winter. I have not had one leak and so far Orvis is correct in saying they are their most durable waders yet. Pockets, wader belt and adjustability are all good. Gravel guards are a neat idea although I don't know how different they are from normal neoprene ones. My only critique is the "athletic fit." They fit me fine but I can see how they might not fit so well on others. I'm 6'1", 195 lbs and wear a Large Long. Every other wader company I wear a Large Regular. Overall, really great product and I would recommend!!!

Fit well and made of very durable material. I love the more athletic fit and it doesn’t hurt they cost less than competitors. If you want a great wader but don’t want to spend your retirement savings, this is your choice.

Top notch, fit is good, material is heavy and tough, good pockets, very happy with this.

I finally decided to upgrade my waders to the Orvis Pro and I am really happy with the purchase. These waders are well constructed with quality materials and they definitely look like they should hold up for years. I am 5'10" with average build and the the Medium size fits me very well with good mobility. The chest area is a bit on the larger size but it's not a concern and will accommodate extra layers during colder outings. Overall, I would not hesitate to purchase these waders.

I upgraded my waders recently to the Orvis PRO and shipping to Australia was extremely quick and efficient (under 10 days) even during covid. The waders are excellent quality and move very well around the legs and waist. Im very happy with my purchase
