I connect the dry fly line after setting it on the fly reel. I will unlink and concatenate as needed. I enjoy dry fly and Euro Nymph with the same rod and reel.

I picked the euro shorty to use situationally, attached to my normal 3wt line on my euro rod. Ive found that every once in a while I might use an indicator or dry so this set up lets me use one rod for any situation. So far, so good.

This is a must have for Euro Nymphing. Highly visible and casts easily. Really like the ease of connecting to my standard fly line with the loops so I can switch quickly between dry fly fishing and euro nymphing depending on the river conditions.

I use this Leader for Euro Nymph. I can definitely see this line in the river. This Line is strong. for catch big trout. I recommend 'Technical Euro Nymph Leader' for small and delicate fishing.
