Got this rod paired with a 7wt intermediate sink tip line. Works really well to cast large wind resistant streamers to smallmouth bass.

As with all Clearwater rods, the quality and price beat expectations. I use this rod for tossing poppers and streamers at bass and it works great. Highly recommend looking at the Clearwater rods when shopping for new gear.

Great rod with a nice action to it. I use the rod for medium/medium larger streamers and it always seems to put them where I want. I look forward to using in the salt for some inshore fishing!
