NEW! ORVIS CLEARWATER FLOATING FLY LINE
Orvis Clearwater WF floating fly lines are built a half-size heavier to provide extra help loading the rod, casting larger flies, and handling the wind. A compact head helps to transfer energy more efficiently, load the rod in close, throw tighter loops, and turn over flies. This is the perfect choice for the newer fly fisher or those anglers that don't mind making casting a little bit easier. Clearwater lines feature Integrated Slickness Technology to shoot line further and have a front welded loop for quick rigging changes. Whether you're throwing terrestrials to picky fish or casting smaller streamers to an aggressive feeder, you can count on the Orvis Clearwater Fly Line to get the job done. You'd be hard pressed to find a better fly line at such a great price.

Does a good job for a line to start out on. Casts well and backed up by Orvis.

Orvis makes excellent lines. I believe they come from the same factory as SA lines. Anyways, the relation price quality is great.

I ordered this for my 10ft euro rod setup so I could switch out for long casting. The 10 ft clearwater combo is really great to cast with 3wt line. Even more fun to catch an 18" brown.

Orvis Clearwater line made it easy for me to learn how to cast. I’ve been using it for a year now with no issues. Good quality.

Great fly line for the price. The coating makes for a smooth casting and the heavier WF taper easily turns over larger flies and indicator rigs.

If your new into fly fishing this would be an excellent choice to start with, The head of the fly line is a little heavy so it helps load the rod, what id recommend is to use this until you feel like you like the sport and decide you want to ignore spending on your girl friend and choose to spend all your money on fishing gear instead upgrade to a more expensive line!

It's Orvis line, what can I say. I've fished Orvis fly line for over 40 years. whether it's Clearwater or Hydros, it's hard to beat Orvis. I purchased this Clearwater 3wt fly line for a specific reason, It is known for it's premium performance at an affordable price.

Read some reviews and decided to sting up my new Hardy 3wt and give it a shot. RFR had the line and great service. Can't wait to hit the water.
