This is a well designed reel. It will stop fish with plenty of drag. Click sounds good. Feels nice in hand. Powder coating is trash.

Good Affordable Reel, I will say I was more impressed with others if you are willing to spend the extra $100, however its been a great reel so far. Don't think you can really go wrong with it - I did change out the line to SA

I just bought this reel and fished it once. I have a good impression so far: smooth drag, nice finish good looking. Albeit, I think the Lamson Liquid is a better choice since it is quite a bit lighter
