I paired this line with the T&T Contact II 10’ 2 weight for delicate, long leader dry fly presentations. The line performed well, roll casted easily, and the olive color is nice. A good line and a good value.

I bought this line to use on spring creeks with an Echo Carbon XL 3wt 7'6" rod (medium to med-fast action). This line casts well even with just the front taper (8') outside the tiptop guide. The line shoots well, too. One precaution, however: pay attention to the paper label on the line before you attach it to the backing. Believe the paper label rather than the picture on the box. The light-colored end of the line should be attached to the backing; the colors are incorrect on the box's diagram (taper chart).

I paired this line with the Orvis Battenkill II reel and my Orvis 3wt Superfine Glass rod. It loads the rod well and gives smooth line delivery.

A bit hard to see because of the dark color. I like the taper.

I use this on my orvis superfine glass 2 wt and love how easy it loads in tight spsces. Also although I’m using only 6’6” 2 wt I never had a problem with being able to reach the distances I need on the smaller creeks.

This is a great floating line that excels in close spaces. It just slides through the the glides. It works very well with my 7’6” 5 wt rod and my new Lamson Liquid 5+ reel.
