If you don't have one - get one. It's required. It's another hand that allows you to hold materials such as tinsel, wire, thread, etc. The cost is insignificant compared to the value of time saving required to tie complicated flies. No vise should be without one.

This Materials clip is absolutely essential if you are going to use your rotary vise how it was intended. It will keep your untied things out of the way of the things you are tying. No Brainer.
The only perplexing thing is why didn't Renzetti just increase their vise price by 10 or 15 bucks and add it to the initial purchase? It fits snugly and does the job perfectly.

Bought for my new Traveler. It is functional but I feel like it is way overpriced. Wish I did some more research before purchasing.

Bought this for my Traveler 2000. Has an extremely tight/snug fit. It makes wrapping/ribbing flies a lot easier when using the rotating function, since it holds all of the other materials up out of the way and secure. Definitely a must have for anyone with a Traveler 2000 series vise.
