Stronger, Smaller in Diameter, the RIO Powerflex Plus Trout Leaders. RIO’s newest leaders are the strongest trout leaders ever made, with tensile strengths up to 20% more than regular leaders. A technical modification of the nylon copolymer formulation has resulted in prodigious strength increase, without compromising the knot strength or suppleness. Simply put, these are the strongest, most reliable trout leaders ever made. Each pack contains 3 premium leaders.

These leaders are my go to trout fishing leaders! I use the 3x 7.5, 4x and 5x tapered. They are easy to unkink fresh out of the package and hold up for extended use

Bought In 7,5 6x. In terms of quality, having use rio’s leader is enough to not go back to cheap stuff. You would know the difference between cheap ones and paying a little more for quality.
