I have used in Alaska for pike and Barricuda in Mexico. Neither has bitten through yet!!!! Good stuff and easy to tie onto leader.

This wire bite i have found to be the most consistent and reliable bite guard. It has never failed on a fish and holds knots like a charm. Sure the wire may get kinked after a fish, but I'm okay with that if the wire does it's job and gets the fish in the boat.
