Paired with a Sage Dart 3wt 6'6" rod it's a sweet setup for small creek trout. You feel barely any weight in hand and you just want to hike and cast forever. Excellent setup for ultralight backpacking & fishing. Pricey, but so worth it.

This reel balances perfectly with my Sage Dart. The bronze color looks amazing with this rod. It has an exposed spool for palming which is the primary drag system as the adjustable click seems to only have an audible benefit. Great reel.

Amazing quality on this reel, the sound is out of this world and it's super light. Call me crazy but I get ridiculously giddy when I hear the reel click both when pulling off line and especially when reeling... I paired mine with a Redington Hydrogen 4100 and its nuts how light the whole setup is. Highly recommend.
