got this line for fishing for bass in warmer water and fishing the summer months of the year for bluefish when the water temp rises. It is a great line and is very slick and shoots, I wish I could say the same about its durability as the welded loop recently snapped off while I was hooked into a large bluefish. That should not happen, 4 stars because it is a spectacular line that can do basically anything, but just not durable.

This line performed admirably in the flats for Reds and threw well out in the nearshore for Jacks and Spanish mackerel. This line definitely is a full line weight over, I recommend throwing this line a few times before you are out on the water, especially with large flies.
