The good part is the adjustment strings. The bad is you can't sit down easily with this brace on back. If you can try it on before buying, then you may want to give this brace a try.

This is made of great quality materials, it's fit is comfortable and not like most back braces where you sweat all day wearing it. I would recommend this product

Indispensable, wore under waders (with old wader belt worn as usual to cinch waders), Could fish all day without pain, during or after. Major help in keeping posture consistent during wading and while stationary and casting, bending over to release fish etc... Well designed, unobtrusive,, helped me stay in the water longer and more comfortably. Highly recommend to those who are “lower back pain challenged”.
