If purchased directly from SIMMS, visit our Repairs page to begin your request (located via the "Help" menu in the footer menu).
You are responsible for charges related to shipping the wader to SIMMS. SIMMS will cover return shipping of the wader back to you.
If purchased from an authorized SIMMS dealer in North America, you may return your waders to that dealer for repair. You must provide the original sales receipt or proof of purchase to the authorized dealer.
If purchased outside the US and Canada, please consult the dealer where your product was purchased to confirm international warranty terms in your territory.
WADER REPAIRS BEYOND THE FIRST YEAR - $60
- If your wader is in need of repair after your first year, Simms charges a flat fee of $60 for evaluation, repair, testing of repairs and return shipping back to you. To initiate a repair, please contact the authorized Simms Dealer where your wader was purchased, or you may use the Simms Online Repair Center and return the waders to Simms.
- Turnaround time for any repair or warranty claim is roughly 3 weeks, not including transit time to and from Simms. Turnaround time may vary depending on seasonal volume.
- Wader repair in Bozeman, Montana, is available only to customers based in U.S. and Canada

I've been using G3 waders for awhile but wanted to try these G4Z waders for the zipper, suspenders, and new belt. All three of these features - built into tough Simms waders are worth the cost, in my opinion. Just got back from a 5-day trip night fishing and these waders were awesome. The ability to zip down and layer up/down easily is a plus. The suspenders are super easy to adjust for more or less layers, too. I wore a chest pack some nights and the zipper makes things a lot easier instead of having to take everything off when nature calls. The new belt design, when you unbuckle it, it doesn't slip out of the loops and the suspenders make getting in and out of the waders much faster and easier. I run Medium Short on both my G3 and G4Z waders. The cut of the G4Z is definitely roomier than my G3s in the torso and the seat. Not so much that it feels like it's sized incorrectly but I noticed it. The other difference I noticed is that on the G4Z, the neoprene feet are a little harder to get into when standing. It's like they want to cant out when you're pulling them on. When you get them on though, they feel normal. All said, I'm happy with this purchase - both with the waders and with ReelFlyRod (they got these backordered waders to me in time for my trip)!

Waited to purchase these for a good price and couldn't be more pleased with the decision. I'm 6'1", 240 lbs and opted for the XL. They are a little roomy which is good, booties fit perfect for some wool socks but could have benefited from an inseam 2" shorter. All in all, very well made and the perfect compliment to my Simms G3's and G3's wading pants. I'll save the G4Z's for cooler waters and when having to dress in layers for more warmth.

Loyal Simms customer for years, still nursing along two older pairs of G4's from 4-7 years ago. Got a good deal on the latest G4Z from the good folks here. Using the size calculator on the Simms website, I was in between sizes, so opted for the larger pair. I found them roomy and so opted to exchange for the smaller pair. I ended up waiting about 5 months for Simms to ship the new pair. Attempts to contact Simms customer service was often futile, with either no one answering the phone, or no one able to give me an expected ship date. Finally the waders arrived and the first time on the water, I noticed the booties seemed uncomfortably snug which resulted in colder than normal feet in 50 degree water. Keep in mind, the size adjustment should not have affected the foot size. Furthermore, the waders seemed excessively long, such that the straps were adjusted to their tightest and were still loose. When I took the waders off, my lower legs were damp around the bootie seam. The staff at Reelflyrod, who always answer the phone, and are always eager to help, were quick to make things right. Unfortunately Simms informed them that they no longer had any stock to replace my waders since the new line would be released in 2024. Simms has new owners and let's hope they get their act together. I want to support American manufacturing, but I'll be wearing a competitor's wader for the next round because I already waited half a season for a defective product and don't feel like waiting another 5 months for a replacement. Kudos to Reelflyrod for their outstanding customer service. The stars are for them, not for Simms.

I just replaced my old set of g4z’s that were over 10 years old and still functional without leak other than compression seepage on neoprene foot. Tried these more waders out in YNP area this year for one week and they functioned perfectly. These new waders are lighter and are more breathable than the original pairs due to the improvement in materials. The zipper is also slightly longer or better placed than the original pair. They say it’s also suppose to be just as durable but Time will tell… I would recommend this wader as it’s refined and meets all the fine requirements of a great set of waders

Having been in the camp of buy cheap waders...this is my first foray into buying a 'high end' set. Always thought 'waste of money'.
Couldn't have been more wrong. These things are worth every penny.
The SIMMS AI bot told me my size...a leap of faith on my part. Was absolutely spot on. I usually go for the x-large...they suggested large King. Spot on fit.
Quality is there...they are quite well built. Time will tell of course. But so far, so good.
Love the straps, much more comfortable than the cheapos.
Overall, very comfortable saying worth every penny. Expensive, for sure. But if I can get 4-5 years out of them, worth it.
