I own a lot of nippers as a fisherman that spends a lot of time on the water I am always on a quest looking for the best gear. I have tried other nippers Orvis, Hatch, Abel, and this lanyard is by far the best. Adjustablity, comfort, sizing, doesn't hold retain water, etc all well thought out. If going with a non Simms Nipper I'd still use this lanyard.

This lanyard is really well made - sturdy, ease to adjust and high quality materials. Love the nippers and the lanyard keeps them secure and convenient all day long.

Simms really priced this one at the top of the market but I needed to replace the orvis nipper lanyard and this caught my eye. The quality is fantastic and it does its job well. No fuss, just holds my nippers at the correct length all day.

Used this as an upgrade from the Orvis nippers that come with a fly line lanyard. This lanyard is super high quality, nice aluminum components, very adjustable and comfortable. Feels like it will last for a lifetime.
