I used these on my Simms Flyweight wading boots and was very impressed with the added grip these studs provided on moss covered stones. After five days of fishing and countless miles of walking/hiking I did not lose any studs. I was concerned after I read some reviews about these studs coming out but I had no issues.

Very good studs that add traction to the rubber bottom soles of Simms wading boots. I have used these studs on other boots in the past and they last a long time. Offer good grip on slippery streams.

These studs are solid. Got them for the Simms Flyweight Boots. They are well built being the hardbite, so they are heavier and durable. Good that they sell 20 in a puck which will fill up both shoes. These are quite necessary for NC and GA small streams that are filled with slippery rocks. NOTE. These are also important for the flyweight boots because the flyweight boots are not compatible with cleats but only studs (per Simms). Quick shipping and quality service from ReelFlyRod as always.
