Smaller than I thought it'd be, but handy nevertheless. I've since ordered more to use wherever I'm at (kayak, boat, truck, slingpack). Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have a few of these and love them. I use of them in my vehicle and have it next to my Tenkara rod. Even on 4x4 road the flies stay in place. Also the adhesive on the back of the fly dock is quality. I have had no issues with it detaching on roads.

The Fishpond Tacky Fly Dock is anything but another "fly patch". The patch part is a flexible durable rubber that should last a long time. The size is great and easy to pocket or stick on any vest, pack, etc. It can also be used as a wrap for pre-tied leaders and set ups. Great little multi use accessory. Of course goes great in it's "spot" on the Fishpond Switchback Belt System 2.0.

Love this product. I wouldn't call it just a fly patch as I use it to wind various lengths of Euro leaders as I use at least 3 lengths for changing water depths. I use a pen to mark the lengths and wind it around and stick it onto my Fishpond Switchback pro pack. Oh, and it holds flies too!

I use these for all external fly patches across all pack brands. I've even replaced the original green foam fishpond fly dock on a pack with this.

This is a must have fly holder especially for the price. I just Velcro the tacky dock to my sling pack and place 5-8 flys I'll be using for the day right there so I don't have to keep reaching into my pack. No brainer purchase if you ask me
